Security Guard Wanted for Busy Nightclub

Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and reliable security guard to join our team at XYZ Bar. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and be able to handle a variety of security-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining order and safety of patrons and staff
• Checking ID’s and ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry
• Monitoring CCTV and responding to security breaches
• Assisting in handling any incidents or disputes that may arise
• Communicating with management and local law enforcement as needed

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security experience, preferably in a nightclub or bar setting
• Valid security guard license or certification
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
